Tucker Saddle Warranty & Ultimate Care Plan
At Tucker, we build every saddle with comfort, craftsmanship and years of riding in mind. Our warranty and care programs are designed to give the original owner added confidence and support throughout the life of the saddle. This plan applies to saddles built in 2025 and later. For saddles made prior to 2024, please refer to the warranty card information that provided at the time of purchase.
Limited Lifetime Tree Warranty
The saddle tree is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner when the saddle is used for its intended purpose as a trail saddle. Because every saddle is designed for a specific type of riding, damage caused by activities outside normal trail-riding use may not be covered.
Limited Lifetime Suspended Seat Warranty
Tucker’s internal Suspended Seat System is also covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner. This coverage applies to the suspended ground seat structure inside the saddle and does not include the seat padding or exterior seat material.
One-Year Parts and Labor Warranty
For the first year of ownership, Tucker will repair or replace any part that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during normal use.
Ultimate Care Plan
After five years of ownership, the original owner may return the saddle to Tucker for a complete tune-up for $199 (shipping is not included). This service includes a cleaning and oiling of the saddle, a multi-point inspection of all leather parts and the tree, repair or replacement of leather components and hardware that show abnormal wear or may need attention to keep the saddle safe and dependable. This includes latigo tie straps, off billets, stirrup leathers, blevins buckles, hobble straps, stirrups, or any saddle parts that are part of the saddle not including leather scratches or similar aesthetic defects. This plan applies to saddles built in 2025 and later. For saddles made prior to 2024, please refer to the warranty card information that was provided at the time of purchase.
Warranty Registration
Warranty coverage and Ultimate Care Plan benefits are provided to the original purchaser and are not transferable. To activate these benefits, the warranty registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
